  Both the A27 and A28 series are part of JANATICS’ ISO-standard pneumatic cylinder range (bore Ø 32 to 100 mm) and offer many selectable options. Some of the salient features:

  • These are double-acting cylinders (i.e., one port for extension, one for retraction) for the standard series

    They comply with standard mounting & design norms: as per ISO 15552 / VDMA 24562. 

  • Available bore diameters: 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm (for these series) .

  • Standard strokes: 25, 50, 80, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 300, 320, 400, 500 mm (and longer on special order) . 

  • Working pressure: 0.5 to 10 bar. 

  • Temperature: Standard ambient ~5 °C to ~60 °C; high-temperature variants (Viton seals) up to ~150 °C.

  • Material of construction: Aluminium barrel, brass/steel end caps, Nitrile or FKM seals, optional stainless steel piston rod, etc. 

  • Many mounting styles supported: foot, flange, clevis (male/female), trunnion (front/rear/centre) etc
